Stringer put their dominant pitchers on display in the team's fourth consecutive shutout on Friday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Bay Springs Bulldogs a 12-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Red Devils, who have now won 11 contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Stringer got a massive performance out of Jaycee Holifield, who scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances. Kayleigh Douglas was another key player, going 2-for-4 with four RBI, one triple, and one double.

Stringer was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .375. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .348 or higher in nine consecutive matches.

Stringer is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-3-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.2 runs over those games. As for Bay Springs, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Stringer will welcome Jefferson Davis County at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The Red Devils' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Jaguars have averaged an impressive 10.4 runs per game this season. As for Bay Springs, they will face off against Clarkdale at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Clarkdale will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something Bay Springs surely won't give up without a fight.
