Football Recap: Benjamin Franklin Comes Up Short

Benjamin Franklin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 47-6 loss at the hands of the Carver Vo-Tech Bears. The Bayhawks lost against the Bears in their previous head to head back in November of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 29-20 score last time.

Benjamin Franklin's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Carver Vo-Tech, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-3.

Coming up, Benjamin Franklin will be playing in front of their home fans against Lewis at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Carver Vo-Tech, they will venture away from home to take on Douglass at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
