Tiverton waltzed into their matchup on Monday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They strolled past the Lincoln Lions with points to spare, taking the game 50-31. That's more bragging rights for the Tigers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Tiverton to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jenna Del Deo, who posted 19 points and seven rebounds. Del Deo continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Cami Oliveira, who went 5 of 12 to rack up 10 points and five steals.

Despite the defeat, Lincoln saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Brielle Lambert scored ten points.

Tiverton pushed their record up to 14-6 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.2 points over those games. As for Lincoln, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 12 games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-14 record this season.

Looking ahead, Tiverton won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Toll Gate at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Tiverton is facing Toll Gate at the right time seeing as Toll Gate is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Lincoln, they and East Greenwich will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest having both just played.
