Liberty came into Saturday's match having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Tehachapi Warriors a 4-0 shutout on Saturday. The Patriots have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Warriors, too.

Aubree Harl was excellent, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 2-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaitlyn DeBondt, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Liberty was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .375. They are a perfect 5-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Liberty's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Tehachapi, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.

Liberty didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 9-0 loss against Madera on the 22nd. As for Tehachapi, they have also already played their next contest, a 4-2 defeat against Bakersfield Christian on the 22nd.
