Volleyball Game Preview: Yosemite Badgers vs. San Joaquin Memorial Panthers + Official Tickets

The Yosemite Badgers will venture away from home to challenge the San Joaquin Memorial Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Yosemite will be looking to extend their current nine-game winning streak.

On Thursday, Yosemite got the win against Riverdale by a conclusive 3-0.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Yosemite took every set by at least 14 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-11, 25-6.

Meanwhile, San Joaquin Memorial was able to grind out a solid victory over Justin Garza on Thursday, taking the game 3-1. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Guardians recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

The victory didn't come easy: Justin Garza scored at least 20 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-22, 21-25, 25-20.

Yosemite's record is now 30-10-1. As for San Joaquin Memorial, their record now sits at 19-14.

Yosemite came up short against San Joaquin Memorial in their previous meeting back in August of 2024, falling 2-0. Can the Badgers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
