Clayton had won two straight games and Dayne Mumm did his part to make it three on Saturday. The Bears simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Prairie Farm Panthers 50-20 with plenty of help from Mumm, who rushed for 126 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.4 yards per carry, and also threw for 142 yards on only eight passes. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in each of the last three games he's played.

Clayton's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Prairie Farm, they dropped their record down to 1-4 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Clayton will take on rival New Auburn at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Prairie Farm is set to challenge their familiar foe Frederic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
