It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Libby ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Polson Pirates 14-13. The victory was nothing new for the Loggers as they're now sitting on three straight.

Libby's win bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Polson, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-8.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Libby is set to square off against their familiar foe Browning at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Polson will take on rival Ronan at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
