Softball Recap: East Moline United's Loss Ends Seven-Game Winning Streak at Home

East Moline United and Minooka squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but East Moline United had to settle for second. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Panthers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

East Moline United's loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 19-12-1. As for Minooka, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 24-12.

As of now, neither East Moline United nor the Indians have any future games scheduled.
