Football Recap: J.F. Webb Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins at Home + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact J.F. Webb can now relate to. They fell 68-56 to the Person Rockets on Friday. The Warriors gained 156 more yards on the day, but it was the Rockets that made the best use of them.

Daniel Wright threw for 304 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 12.7 yards per attempt. Josiah Daniel was his top target, picking up 108 receiving yards. On the ground, Mikelis Hobgood rushed for 181 yards and three scores while picking up 7.5 yards per carry.

Justin Pope had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 194 yards and three TDs on only 15 carries, while also picking up 41 receiving yards and one score for Person. Those 194 rushing yards gave Pope a new career-high. Willie Lunsford was another key player, throwing for 142 yards and four touchdowns on only 12 passes.

J.F. Webb's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-4. As for Person, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-6.

J.F. Webb does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Person, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 41-20 defeat against Northside - Jacksonville on the 14th.
