Basketball Recap: Indian Hill Comes Up Short

After flying high against Deer Park last Wednesday, Indian Hill came back down to earth. The Indian Hill Braves fell 47-38 to the Madeira MUSTANGS/AMAZONS on Saturday. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Braves came into the match with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 88th, while the MUSTANGS/AMAZONS are ranked 222nd).

Indian Hill's loss dropped their record down to 15-3. As for Madeira, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 12-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Indian Hill has already played their next contest (against Reading), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Madeira will face off against Mariemont at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
