Austintown-Fitch came out on top against Howland on Wednesday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run fourth inning. The Falcons took their game against the Tigers 6-2. This was a revenge game for the Falcons: when they faced off against the Tigers back in March, they had to take a 17-4 defeat.

Austintown-Fitch is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-11 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.8 runs over those games. As for Howland, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-9.
