Basketball Recap: Glastonbury Takes a Loss

Glastonbury was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 60-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the East Catholic Eagles. The Guardians were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2021.

Glastonbury's defeat dropped their record down to 7-5. As for East Catholic, the win was the 15th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 18-2.

As of now, neither Glastonbury nor East Catholic have any future games scheduled.
