Union City typically has all the answers at home, but on Saturday Homer proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Chargers by a score of 2-0. The game was the first time the Trojans have beaten the Chargers on their court since October 14, 2023.

The victory made it two in a row for Homer and bumps their season record up to 21-16-4. As for Union City, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-16-2.

Looking ahead, Homer will challenge Manchester at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Union City, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Camden-Frontier on the 18th.
