DeSales extended their winning streak to five on Friday, bumping them up to 5-0. They walked away with a 38-27 victory over the Liberty Lancers. Those 38 points were actually the fewest the Irish have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

When it comes to explaining why Liberty lost, don't look at Drew Piersol. Despite the final result, he picked up 129 receiving yards and two scores, and also rushed for 68 yards on only five carries.
Coming up, DeSales will host Sunnyside Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Liberty, they will head out to take on Colfax at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
