Soccer Recap: Varina Takes a Loss

Varina was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 6-0 to the Hermitage Panthers. Varina were not able to make up for their loss to Hermitage from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

Varina's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8-1. As for Hermitage, their victory bumped their record up to 4-8.

Looking ahead, Varina will square off against Colonial Heights at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Hermitage, they will take on Maggie Walker at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
