Basketball Recap: River Hill Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

River Hill and Oakland Mills squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but River Hill had to settle for second. The match between the River Hill Hawks and the Oakland Mills Scorpions didn't end well, with the River Hill Hawks falling 67-49. The Hawks haven't had much luck with the Scorpions recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

River Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 17-10. As for Oakland Mills, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 19 of their last 20 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-4 record this season.

River Hill does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Oakland Mills, they will face off against Howard on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Howard comes in on seven and Oakland Mills on 14.
