The Crab Orchard Trojans will face off against the Joppa-Maple Grove Rangers at 6:00 p.m. One thing working in Crab Orchard's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five contests.

Last Monday, Crab Orchard was fully in charge, breezing past Cobden 80-47. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Appleknockers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Joppa-Maple Grove posted their closest victory since December 8, 2023 last Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Northside Baptist Christian, sneaking past 61-58.

Joppa-Maple Grove's win came from a few key players Crab Orchard will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Marcus Stallings, who went 6-for-15 en route to 17 points and six boards. His evening made it eight games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Aiden Messer, who posted 17 points and six rebounds.

Crab Orchard pushed their record up to 19-6 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 27 points. As for Joppa-Maple Grove, their victory bumped their record up to 3-23.
