Westminster Schools of Augusta extended their winning streak to three on Friday, bumping them up to 3-0. Everything went their way against the Andrew Jackson Academy Warriors as they made off with a 52-32 victory. The Wildcats not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since February 1st (when they won 84-63).

Westminster Schools of Augusta's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jack Barrett led the charge by putting up 20 points and six rebounds. Tyler Hornsby was another key player, scoring eight points along with seven boards and three steals.

Having lost for the first time this season, Andrew Jackson Academy fell to 2-1. The loss put an end to their undefeated start to the season.

Despite the loss, Andrew Jackson Academy still got an impressive performance from Hall Sease, who posted seven points and ten rebounds. Sease is on a roll when it comes to boards, as he's now pulled down ten or more in each of the last nine games he's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Elizuh Davis, who put up two points and eight rebounds.

Looking ahead, Westminster Schools of Augusta will take on Laney in a tournament on Saturday. As for Andrew Jackson Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 92-48 loss against First Baptist School on the 22nd.
