Baseball Recap: Frost Takes a Loss

Frost was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 9-1 to the Rio Vista Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Polar Bears of the 20-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Frost saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lukas Rasco, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base.

Frost's loss dropped their record down to 5-5-1. As for Rio Vista, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-10.

While Frost had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
