Volleyball Recap: West Shore Wildcats vs. Pineapple Cove Classical Academy Patriots
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Cocoa Beach, West Shore was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Pineapple Cove Classical Academy Patriots with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Wildcats as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-7, 25-21.
West Shore was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 21 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September of 2023.
The victory got West Shore back to even at 4-4. As for Pineapple Cove Classical Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.
West Shore will stay at home for another game and welcome Heritage at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Heritage will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something West Shore surely won't give up without a fight. As for Pineapple Cove Classical Academy, their road trip will continue as they head out to face Odyssey Charter School at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
