Baseball Recap: Hale Center Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for Hale Center's offense. They came up short against the San Jacinto Christian Academy Patriots on Thursday, falling 11-0.

Hale Center saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Fernando Pina, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two stolen bases.

Hale Center has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-3 record this season. The win (which was San Jacinto Christian Academy's third in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Coming up, Hale Center is taking a road trip to take on White Deer at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for San Jacinto Christian Academy, they will face off against Springlake-Earth at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.
