Basketball Recap: T.L. Hanna Takes a Loss

T.L. Hanna lost against Greenville two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The T.L. Hanna Yellow Jackets took a 53-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Greenville Red Raiders. While losing is never fun, the Yellow Jackets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 44th, while the Red Raiders are ranked third).

T.L. Hanna has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 13-12 record this season. As for Greenville, the win (which was their 14th in a row) raised their record to 23-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. T.L. Hanna will head out to challenge Hillcrest at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Greenville, they will challenge Woodmont at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Woodmont knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Greenville likes a good challenge.
