Soccer Recap: Torres Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Torres and Hanford squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Torres had to settle for second. They came up short against the Hanford Bullpups, falling 4-0. One reason for the loss might be the Toros' aggressive play style: three Torres players were handed yellow cards.

Torres' loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Hanford, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season.
