Soccer Game Preview: Casteel vs. Campo Verde

The Casteel Colts will take on the Campo Verde Coyotes in a tournament on Wednesday. Casteel will be strutting in after a victory while Campo Verde will be coming in after a defeat.

Casteel is looking to give their home crowd another W after opening their season at home on Tuesday. They never let Dobson get on the board and left with a 5-0 win.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Campo Verde was not quite Perry's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Pumas by a score of 1-0.

Casteel skirted past Campo Verde 2-1 when the teams last played back in January of 2024. Will the Colts repeat their success, or do the Coyotes have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
