Volleyball Recap: St. Charles North Takes Down Naperville Central in a Playoff Battle

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but St. Charles North had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They came out on top against the Naperville Central Redhawks by a score of 2-0. The North Stars haven't had any issues with the Redhawks recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Leading St. Charles North to victory were Mia McCall and Addison Kashuba. McCall had four digs and four aces, while Kashuba had seven digs and one assist. McCall has been hot for a while, having also posted 13 or more assists the last 14 times she's played.

St. Charles North's victory bumped their record up to 34-3. As for Naperville Central, they moved to 23-13 with that loss, which also ended their six-match winning streak.
