Baseball Recap: Carter Takes a Loss

Carter lost against Jurupa Hills on April 4th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Lions came up short against the Spartans, falling 11-1.

Carter saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Eric Chavez, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Carter's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Jurupa Hills, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-5.

While Carter had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.
