Canfield has gone 8-0-2 against Austintown-Fitch recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Cardinals will head out on the road to square off against the Falcons at 7:15 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Austintown-Fitch's loss dropped their record down to 4-6-1. As for Canfield, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 10-2.

Canfield beat Austintown-Fitch 2-0 in their previous matchup two weeks ago. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cardinals since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
