Basketball Recap: Rosman Tigers vs. Madison Patriots
The Rosman Tigers won the last time they faced the Madison Patriots, and things went their way on Thursday too. Rosman took down the Patriots 35-19. Despite the win, that was the fewest points Rosman has scored all season.
It was another big night for Alissa Cheek, who scored 11 points.
Rosman has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season. As for Madison, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-11.
Rosman will take on the Warhorses at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Owen is coming into the matchup on a five-game losing streak. As for Madison, they will head out on the road to take on the Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in North Carolina (Draughn is ranked 338th, while the Patriots are ranked 357th).
