Recap: Carolina Forest Panthers vs. Loris Lions        
        
		
            
 The Carolina Forest Panthers's eight-game losing streak  dating back to last season came to an end  on Wednesday. They managed a  78-73 victory over Loris. Carolina Forest's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  points they've scored all season.
 Leading Carolina Forest to victory were  Nick  Zincone and  Sammy McGuire.  Zincone  scored 19 points, while  McGuire  dropped  a double-double on 21 points and ten  rebounds. The  matchup was  Zincone's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Aiden Armstrong, who  scored six points.
 Carolina Forest's win  ended a seven-game drought at home  dating back to last season and  bumped them up to 1-6. As for Loris, their loss was  their third straight on the road, which  bumped their record down to 5-3.
 Carolina Forest will  face off against West Florence at 8:00  p.m.  on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another  in South Carolina (West Florence is ranked 164th, while Carolina Forest is ranked 157th). Loris will be home for the holidays to greet  North Myrtle Beach at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. North Myrtle Beach has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 386 points over their last six games.
