Basketball Recap: Algoma Christian Makes It Eight in a Row at Home

Algoma Christian had won seven straight home games and Alex Narva did his part to make it eight on Thursday. The Algoma Christian Knights strolled past the Fellowship Baptist Academy Falcons with points to spare, taking the game 67-52 thanks to Narva, who went 7-for-9 from beyond the arc on his way to 30 points. What's more, he also posted a 78% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's achieved since back in December of 2024.

Perhaps the best among them was Logan McAlvey, who went 7-for-14 en route to 18 points and seven boards. Another player making a difference was Hudson McAlvey, who went 5-for-12 on his way to 12 points in addition to six assists and five rebounds.

Algoma Christian's win bumped their record up to 14-3. As for Fellowship Baptist Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-6.

Algoma Christian has already played their next game, a 67-63 victory against Barry County Christian on the 15th. As for Fellowship Baptist Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 74-49 win against Juniata Christian on the 14th.
