Basketball Game Preview: Nordonia Knights vs. Solon Comets

The Nordonia Knights will take on the Solon Comets at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Last Friday, Nordonia came up short against Euclid and fell 75-67. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Solon suffered their closest defeat since February 23rd on Saturday. They fell just short of New Albany by a score of 49-46. The contest marked the Comets' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Solon's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Nordonia, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.

Nordonia came up short against Solon when the teams last played back in February, falling 60-53. Can Nordonia avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
