Lawrence has no trouble against Bangor

Recap: Lawrence Tigers vs. Bangor Vikings

The Lawrence Tigers won against the Bangor Vikings on Monday with 62 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. Lawrence took down Bangor 62-46. The win made it back-to-back wins for Lawrence.

Lawrence had a senior duo take command as Christian Smith scored 20 points along with seven rebounds and five steals and Ben McCaw dropped a double-double on 17 points and 11 rebounds. It was the first time this season that Smith scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Noel Saldana, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds and five assists.

Lawrence is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-10 record this season. As for Bangor, they dropped their record down to 7-9 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Lawrence will square off against White Pigeon at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Lawrence focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 on Tuesday. As for Bangor, they will be playing at home against Marcellus at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Michigan (Marcellus is ranked 627th, while Bangor is ranked 629th).
