Softball Recap: Lone Jack Takes a Loss

Lone Jack lost against Warsaw back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mules lost 9-1 to the Wildcats.

Lone Jack saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sophia Randolph, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4. Randolph is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: she's snagged at least one every time she's taken the field this season.

Lone Jack now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Warsaw, the win keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lone Jack will welcome Crest Ridge at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Warsaw, they will face off against Versailles at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
