The biggest upset of the week belonged to Whitefield Academy, who took down 314th ranked Whitefield Academy, 28-14.
Fellowship Christian's Taylor Cookston rumbled for the longest rushing play in A Region 6B this season in his game against Oglethorpe County last week. Cookston scampered for 73 yards on the play and finished with 81 on the day as his team bested the Patriots.
Bryant Bell made the biggest impact on defense this week as North Cobb Christian fell to Mt. Zion. The 5-foot-11 sophomore.
David Brittingham was the best running back in the league this week. He ran for 138 yards on 20 carries as the Eagles fell to the Eagles.
Brown was the best receiver in the league this week as North Cobb Christian lost to Mt. Zion.
Hunter Bryant threw for 202 yards and 3 touchdowns. He was 12-16 with 0 interceptions.
Bryant put up the best numbers in passing as Fellowship Christian bested Oglethorpe County.
Al Morrell's team was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from fifth to second in A Region 6B. The Paladins defeated Larry Milligan's team 38-9 earlier in the week.
