Soccer Game Preview: Tupelo Christian Prep vs. Hernando

The Tupelo Christian Prep Eagles will take on the Hernando Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Tupelo Christian Prep's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over New Hope.

Meanwhile, Hernando won against New Hope on Friday with two goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Saturday. The Tigers narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Caledonia 2-1. Hernando's winning goal came courtesy of Lilly Jones.

The win made it two in a row for Hernando and bumps their season record up to 6-1. As for Tupelo Christian Prep, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
