After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Brecksville-Broadview Heights, Hawken was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They put the hurt on the Orange Lions with a sharp 5-0 victory. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Hawken's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

They hit Orange with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Sophina Cowen (2), Sophia Cicerini, Caroline Briggs, and Isla Carlisle.

The win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 6-4-2. As for Orange, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4-1.
