Naperville North had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They blew past the Metea Valley Mustangs 46-26. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 58-44 back in December of 2024.

Several Mustangs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Sydney Quival, who posted ten points. Arainna Hammons was another key player, putting up eight points.

Naperville North now has a winning record of 14-13. As for Metea Valley, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 15 of their last 19 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-19 record this season.

Naperville North wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 78-56 defeat against Waubonsie Valley on the 6th. As for Metea Valley, they have also already played their next contest, a 56-46 loss against Naperville Central on the 6th.
