Bradley Howard posted a new career-low in hits on Thursday. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out seven over five innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has become a key player for Speedway: the team is 2-1 when he allows at most two hits, but 4-12-1 otherwise.
