The third road matchup was the charm for the Bagdad Sultans, as they earned their first road win of the season. They took down Phoenix Day School for the Deaf 28-10 on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Bagdad also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
Bagdad's win bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Phoenix Day School for the Deaf, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.
Bagdad will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Ray at 3:00 p.m. on January 6, 2024.
