Omaha Central won the last time they faced Buena Vista and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 12-1 margin over the Bison. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Eagles as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

The team relied heavily on Blake Demman, who scored three runs while going 2-for-3. He also hit a double, marking his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Mark Ripp, who scored two runs while going 1-for-1.

Omaha Central hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Buena Vista struck out six times.

Omaha Central's record now sits at 3-4. As for Buena Vista, their loss was their 18th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-6.
