Softball Recap: Moses Brown Comes Up Short

After flying high against St. Mary Academy-Bay View on Monday, Moses Brown came back down to earth. The Quakers came up short against the Westerly Bulldogs on Tuesday, falling 14-2.

Moses Brown saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Coco Medeiros, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI.

Moses Brown's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Westerly, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 10-7.

Looking ahead, Moses Brown will square off against North Kingstown at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Westerly, they will challenge Waterford at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
