Volleyball Recap: Heartland Christian Takes a Loss

Heartland Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Essex Trojans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Heartland Christian of the 3-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Heartland Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Essex, their win bumped their record up to 4-12.

Looking ahead, Heartland Christian will face off against Boys Town on Thursday. Essex has already played their next match (against Stanton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
