Volleyball Recap: Moore Finds Home Court Redemption Against Owasso

There's no place like home for Moore, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Owasso Rams on Friday, sneaking past 2-1. For the Lions, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 victory the Rams walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2022.

Moore had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 25-22, 25-23.

Moore's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Owasso, they moved to 5-3 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Moore wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Edmond Memorial on the 22nd. As for Owasso, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Broken Arrow on the 22nd.
