Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Meadow Bridge). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Valley Lumberjacks 55-12. The victory was just business as usual for the Wildcats, who after five games remain undefeated this season.

Meadow Bridge's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Valley, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Meadow Bridge will take on Clay-Battelle at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Wildcats 9.2, the Cee-Bees 13.5) so any points scored will be well earned. As for Valley, they will face off against Bridgeport at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Lumberjacks will be up against the Bulldogs' rather soft defense (which has allowed 27.33 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
