Flippin came out on top against Cotter on Friday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run seventh inning. The Bobcats were the clear victors by an 8-2 margin over the Warriors. The result was nothing new for the Bobcats, who have now won 11 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Flippin has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games. As for Cotter, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-10 record this season.

Flippin does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cotter, they are taking a road trip to take on Hollister at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
