Collaborative Studies kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They were outmatched by Summit Academy on the road and fell 92-38. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Collaborative Studies in their matchups with Summit Academy: they've now lost seven in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Summit Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Shaun Harris, who scored 19 points along with 5 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Cincere Tucker, who scored 18 points along with 7 rebounds and 5 assists.

Collaborative Studies' defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Summit Academy, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-1.

Collaborative Studies will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on All City Leadership Academy at 4:30 p.m. on December 20th.
