If Lewis-Palmer wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Palmer Ridge, they should've done a better job of containing Corinna Arellano. The Palmer Ridge Bears snuck past the Lewis-Palmer Rangers with a 42-37 win on Tuesday thanks to Arellano, who posted 16 points. That's the most points she has posted since back in January of 2024.

Several Rangers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Brooke Thompson, who went 5-for-6 on her way to 13 points. Another player making a difference was Addison Kenley, who earned six points along with six boards and four steals.

Palmer Ridge's record now sits at 14-5. As for Lewis-Palmer, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 11-9 record this season.

Palmer Ridge has already played their next match, a 69-25 defeat against Air Academy on the 13th. As for Lewis-Palmer, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 45-29 loss against Lutheran on the 13th.
