Livingston is 9-1 against Shepherd since December of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Livingston Lions will head out on the road to challenge the Shepherd Pirates at 6:00 p.m. Both have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Livingston and six for Shepherd.

On Tuesday, Livingston took a blow against Hardin-Jefferson, falling 83-32.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 62-34, which was the final score in Shepherd's tilt against Hargrave on Tuesday.

Shepherd's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Livingston, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-13.

Livingston ended up a good deal behind Shepherd when the teams last played back in November of 2023, losing 46-31. Can Livingston avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
