Volleyball Recap: Rhea County Golden Eagles vs. McMinn County Cherokees
Rhea County waltzed into their game on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the McMinn County Cherokees as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Golden Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Cherokees, too.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-18, 25-13.
Rhea County can attribute much of their success to Kindale Rumer, who had 14 assists and three digs. Ella Kelley also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.
