Baseball Game Preview: Franklin Sabers vs. Kenosha Bradford Red Devils

For the second straight game, Franklin will face off against Kenosha Bradford. The Sabers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Red Devils at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in Franklin's favor as the team sits on eight straight wins at home while Kenosha Bradford has been banged up by 12 consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

On Wednesday, Franklin got the win against Kenosha Bradford by a conclusive 13-2. The Sabers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by seven runs or more this season.

Brody Charles looked comfortable as he pitched 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up a single earned run any time he's pitched this season.

Franklin always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .535. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Kenosha Bradford only posted an OBP of .353.

Franklin's victory bumped their record up to 12-2. As for Kenosha Bradford, their loss dropped their record down to 2-11.
